Evaluation of the error rate of the InBody 770 and Bodystat 4000 devices in case of violation of the measurement conditions specified by the manufacturer.

This bachelor thesis deals with the error rate evaluation of the InBody 770 and Bodystat QuadScan 4000 bioimpedance devices used for human body composition analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis contains technical knowledge about the individual instruments as well as a description of the bioelectrical impedance used by the aforementioned instruments for their operation. The practical part consists of measurements of subjects using both devices. The monitored variables are impedance, BFM (body fat) and TBW (total body water). The measurements consist of a reference measurement on each device separately and then four error measurements are made where the measurement conditions set by the manufacturers are not followed. The measured values of impedance, body fat total body water were statistically compared using a two-sample t-test. Instrument error was quantified using the mean relative deviation of the error measurements from the reference measurement.

The differences in body composition and somatotype between a group of forwards in junior category and a group of backs in senior category in rugby

The bachelor thesis deals with the differences in body composition and somatotype between a group of forwards in junior category and a group of backs in senior category in rugby. In the research there participated a total of 20 players from the rugby's club RC Říčany in the age range 17 to 41 years. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces rugby to the reader as a sport game. This part deals with the characteristics of rugby as a sport game of the competition, it describes its history, rugby rules, static factors, assumptions of physical condition of rugby players. Furthermore, the thesis also shows the morpho-functional characteristics of gaming positions (bioelectrical impedance diagnosis of body composition, Bodystat 1500). In the research part there is diagnosed body composition while using bioelectrical impedance method Bodystat 1500. It analyzes the fundamental differences in the physique of forwards and backs in the junior and senior categories. By measuring selected anthropometric parameters there are calculated somatotype sof forwards and backs in the program Somatotype-Calculation and Analysis. Body composition in children with different movement programm

Title: Body composition in children with different movement programm Objectives: The main objektive of this work is analysis of body composition while using BIA method children of younger school age and consired differences in physical components with regard to different movement programm. Methodes: Body composition was measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis device Bodystat 1500. Data was processed in Microsoft Excel. Followed parameters are the percentage of body fat, the absolute amount of fat-free mass in kg, the proportion of total body water. The research participated in total 75 probands agend 10-11 years of average height 147,7 cm and weight 42,1 kg. The research includes regularly training 25 children from RC Mountfield Říčany (training 3 times a week + 2x physical education) with a medium to hight intensity exersice of 360 minutes per week, regularly training 25 children from Říčany Fight Club (2x weekly training + 2x physical education) with a medium to hight intensity exersice of 270 minutes per week and 25 children from the Nemo Říčany Elementary School where the physical education 90 minutes per week. Motoric Performance and Somatic Characteristics of Professional Firefighters

The aim of the work was to determine the motor performance and the physical dimensions of professional firefighters aged 25-35. From the measured values were selected the basic somatic signs, which were the body height and body weight and the circumferential dimensions from which were chosen chest disturbances, contracted arms, thighs and calves, as well as skin algae, from which the skin algae were selected biceps, triceps, subskapular , quadriceps, forearms and chest. The force of the right and left hand was detected by dynamometry. Bodystat has calculated the BMI, fat, active body mass and body water. The bachelor thesis also shows the values of the Ruffier exam. The findings were compared with the results of previous research.

Motor performance and somatic characteristics of children aged 7 and 10 years

The aim of the thesis was to detect motor development, body size and body composition of children aged 7 and 10 years. From the measured data were selected average values of body height, body weight, the circumference of waist and hips and these values were compared with the average values of the previous research. The selected values of body composition were obtained thanks to Bodystat device. The average values of forced vital capacity were obtained thanks to spirometer device and the average values of Ruffierova's test were selected as well. The results of motor tests were also compared with the previous research. All obtained values are summarized in tables and graphs.

Body composition and motor performance of boys aged 17 and 19 years.

The aim of the thesis was to detect body size, body composition, motor development and life habits of boys aged 17 and 19 years. From the measured data values were selected body height, body weight, arm circumference (relaxed), the epiphyseal width of femur, subscapular skin folds. These values were compared with the reference files. The selected values of body composition were obtained by Bodystat. The results of motor tests were compared among boys aged 17 and 19 years NS 2011. All values obtained are summarized in graphs and tables.
